My call was answered immediately by an efficient friendly representive. Expectations were set and options given. A service technition arrived within 3 hours. He was friendly explained the problem and offered options for solution. He answered all my questions and completed the necessary repairs. I was impressed with whole process I was sent a picture of the tech before he arrived and all expectations were met throughout the process.
