The staff was awesome and the location is pretty good for what we were needing in Chicago. But for a Hilton it is pretty low scale. The gym was basically a couple sets of dumbells, the rooms were not Hilton quality. Reminded more of what you'd expect from a lower budget 2 or maybe 3 star hotel. Definitely not what I've experienced from any other Hilton. View from outside our room. Not what they show on the website that's for sure.
