Deanna Nicholson is an awesome Case Manager. She returns my calls and emails within 24 hours, and always follows up with concerns. In transition receiving another case manager due to my previous being unavailable, she went above and beyond to tend to my needs. I feel comfortable contacting her with my concerns as she is always kind and reliable. I definitely recommend the NAVY EFMP program for providers that are interested.
