DO NOT prepay for their valet parking. We were running late with an ETA of 5 minutes before the ship gates closed. We figured we would pay the valet parking online and just pass out keys of the valet people and have one less thing to worry about.

NO ONE WAS AT THE BOOTH. Security tried to call the parking garage to have someone pick up the car for us and NO ONE ANSWERED.

We didn't have any options except to try and park the car yourself and ended up in another parking area and had to pay their parking fee .

We we got back from the cruise we tried to get a refund from our prepayed valet and they said it wasn't their problem
