I give one star but they deserved cero there are terrible customer service; I give the down payment they sold the car and after I went to ask for the money they give a thousand excuses just to give me a hurt time. Honestly I won't recommend this place especially Fernando Lopez he doesn't have criteria to resolve an issue he was calling all his crew to help him . Customers don't go to this place I'm a hotel Manager and I can give them coaching training to respect the customers that only person that smile and was courteous was the Housekeeper very nice person.
