I have spoken with many people who work in recruitment agencies.

I do not think that I have ever had a more personal service. From the moment Lewis Wells and I discussed my experience and my aspirations to be in a better company - he listened. He did not do anything I didn't want. I was very against working in the city centre and wanted to work in a firm that was easy to commute to and would enable my career to progress.

Lewis was very prompt when it came to acting on what I wanted. He secured 5 interviews within a fast time period which was amazing.

His friendly approach to the whole experience made it so easy to see what opportunities are out there and he went above and beyond to inform me on various occasions as to how great I actually am and why I should feel more confident in myself.

I am sure that communicating with me out of normal working hours is not in his job specification but it shows the pure support and belief he has in his candidates when he is trying to secure them a role they want.

I just want to say thank you and that this whole experience has really opened my eyes as to how experienced and great I am at my job and that I deserve to be in a workplace where they feel the same.

He is a credit to your company.
