My wife and I choose Elizabeth Monarch for our realtor based on reviews such as this one. We could not be happier with Elizabeth and Jane Cobel Royer, who was assigned as our main contact. Both gave us exellent advice before, during and after the sale of our house, which by the way sold in 48 hours. We have had great communications and they made all the paperwork effortless by making electronic signing available to us. They are professional and current with tech and the housing market. We not only made a profitable sale, we made friends. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
