I am very disappointed with my experience, after almost 2 weeks of back and forth and hours spent waiting around in the dealership I was under the impression that a deal was finally made. and then when it comes down to signing papers my salesman stops replying to messages and calls. I then call the dealership to try to speak with the sales manager to try and get an explanation and all I get in return is that nobody is available and I will get a call back. That definitely did not happen.
