Misdiagnosed my cat, which caused my friends to have to take him to the ER while i was away, 3 days later. I took him because something was obviously wrong with his mouth, but i was assured he would be fine. I feel that the issue was obvious, so much so i knew it was there.

They were also being slow in transferring his complete records to my new vet, which is just rude.

I was always nice to them.
