You know what's funny to me, working in a business...
You know what's funny to me, working in a business where reviews are a major focus for the last 5 years? When I review the submissions for the business I work for they are fairly evenly spread out over 7 years. Which begs the question, how in the world did suck a high percentage of the positive reviews for this business just so happen to be submitted 'about 4 months ago' as of this review? I have had issues with EMB for years, and I've seen and posted these reviews on my HOA community page in the past. Amazing that 4 months ago it seems a ton of people decided to turn to Google to proclaim their love for EMB, all at once, after nothing but boor reviews prior... Remarkable.
The first review I saw referenced a timely response, which made me laugh. I've been flat out ignored, and then had a community manager lie to my face in front of my board saying I hadn't made any attempt to contact her after mailing and emailing a dispute for a violation that was agreed to be removed from my ledger, yet 2 years later I am STILL dealing with this matter and may have to turn to litigation to resolve it.
Violations for waste receptacles where the violation date listed was a collection day, this wasn't the issue I had, but I've seen first hand that's the service you can expect from EMB...
