The view from my room was amazing but the hotel services are not good. There was no wifi services available properly. When i called for help on helpdesk they answered me to call directly to at&t company for services. Its around 4 am and she was like, i cant do any thing if you want to get connected call directly to provider. She gave me providers number and even provider is not answering my calls. It was the worst experience . So if you try to visit Hilton niagra , ask them for better wifi and services. The other thing is like when we reached at hotel parking we already had bookings for rooms and they asked us for paid parking even though we had bookings in the same hotel for stay. And its ohk if they charge but they are asking for $ 35 for a day its too much for their guests. So be aware before visit. So other everything was good but services and charges are not on the mark.
