Great customer service! We purchased a vehicle from Marquis, salesperson, and he did a fantastic job of explaining everything clearly --. including all fees, taxes, etc. --, processing the paperwork quickly and doing so with NO upselling! (We are not the upselling kind of people.) The price in their online email ad was exactly what we paid for the vehicle. Joshua, financial services, quickly and pleasantly explained all additional options and it took him no time to process the loan paperwork.

The was the first time I enjoyed buying a vehicle... and I've bought many, many cars from many different dealerships.
