This establishment assumes the the guests from out of town knows the difference between the Chapel and the Abbey establishments that is separated by three steps between the two. We had asked to be moved to a different table to the Abbey from the chapel and were told no! This was in The middle of the day with multiple tables empty. Todd the manager on duty lacked empathy instead assumed we knew how an Olive Garden operates and explained to my partner and I that the Abbey was strictly a restaurant and that you cannot move when you are dining at a restaurant. I explained to him that we have moved tables in multiple restaurants and that should not be an excuse of why we cannot request to move tables due to the 90 degree sun beating down on the table. No apology given. We spent over 200 dollars to be treated in a way that lacked human empathy in this world of division. I will think 2x before spending money in an establishment that is too proud as to look at the guest requests and be great full for the business during this economic downturn.
