A client of Henderson Brothers backed into my park...

A client of Henderson Brothers backed into my parked car in a lot more than two weeks ago. I've called the agency three times and have received no helpful information. First, their claims department said they had a claim on file and that I would hear from them within 48 hours. This was on a Monday, so I called back on Thursday after having not heard from them. This time, claims department said they had no record of the accident. They were apologetic, and I made a new claim. They said they'd call me first thing in the morning to schedule an adjustor. I didn't hear from them on Friday, so I called back today, and the claims department gave me the same line: they have no claim on file.

This place seems like it's a disaster. I hope you never have to deal with them.
