I had the opportunity to work with Joe in the service department, he was great! I also worked with Myra in the loaner car department, she was great as well. Fortunately, nothing was wrong with my car so it was done the same day BUT when I came to pick my car up it was spotless, the cleaning crew did a fantastic job as well. From now on I will definitely be driving the extra 15 mins to go to Autobahn instead of my local SF dealership.
