I was on the phone with Janet trying to verify where and how to make a payment for 14 minutes. Part of the reason was I had to have her repeat herself several times because she spoke very broken English. I asked who to make the check payable to and she put me on hold for several minutes to ask her supervisor. She still didn't have the information when she got back with me and then transferred me. I finally spoke with Cameron, who spoke very plain English and he answered my question right away.
Very poor customer service on Janet's part
