I had a mixed experience with CAL SMACNA. While some aspects of their service were good, there were also some areas that fell short. Overall, I would rate them as average. The customer service was friendly and responsive, but there were some delays in getting the work done. I appreciated the detailed explanation of the repairs that were needed, but I wish the overall cost was a bit more transparent. The technicians who came to my house were knowledgeable and professional, but there were a few instances where they seemed rushed. Overall, CAL SMACNA is a reliable company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
