At 1pm today I spoke to a real person who confirme...

At 1pm today I spoke to a real person who confirmed my laptop was in the warehouse waiting to be shipped on the next day delivery I paid for. At 4.30pm. I was sent an email stating the laptop was unavailable and wouldn't be sent. The offices closed at 2pm! I feel for the person who answers my call in the morning...my blood is boiling!
