I gave a 5!! Recommend rating because of the service RBA provided. From the initial phone call made to RBA for scheduling a onsite visit; the onsite visit of explaining their product and why; the follow up onsite window measurements; the finance team on-time and professionalism; the installation team's (Oz V., Buddy G., Pete S.) pride and love for their job, craftsmanship, time control, and defining visually what teamwork is; and finally the follow-up to ensure we the customers are satisfied. It truley is amazing in this day of age that there is still a willingness to provide a full service for a true value and NOT cut corners or have to work with personnel that dont actually love what they are doing. The idea that my family and I really dont have to try and suppress a thought of being ripped off but we sincerely feel we have been treated as a family member should be and their product is true to the sales pitch.
From start to finish RBA always let us get the last word in and followed through with their word on-time, every time. Thank you
