UPDATE: after being harrassed called texted and left multiple voicemails, by the "owner" who was "on vacation" was polite initially and bargained or offered to "trade" to refund the cancelation fees for removing my honest opinion in my first google review (see below). The fees werent refunded in any way and at this point 4 days later there has been no refund to my account of anything even the 499 that I was originally charged. That being said and checking their BBB accreditation I'm not surprised in any way that I was told that this happens with them multiple times a year and that the "owner" offers buyouts to remove posts that reflect them accurately as such

Dont waste your time or money. Theres tons of hidden fees that they send you in your confirmation then they'll argue with you over the phone about it and tell you that it's not their job to mention that they will charge $25 per bag of trash $50 per mattress $15-200 per tv depending on size whether you get a household or construction or mixed dumpster. They do this to collect the $25 cancelation fee. Only naive ignorant people use this service and think it's a good price. Most everywhere else is half that with no hidden fees but they were close by and I needed a dumpster asap. Safe to say they failed and their customer service is terrible. I'm sure the owner wont refund the cancelation fees cause that's probably his main source of income
