Their outfitting services are lacking. The harnesses we received for the ski pulks we rented were not functional. We had to use a ton of duct tape to get one of them to work. They obviously don't test all their gear before sending it out. Also their pricing is very high for the low quality services. The charge per day on items many other outfitters charge per night. Very nice store, but outfitting services are lacking.
