This company is a shambles. It is worth paying the little extra and booking with airline direct. These guys have made the ticket booking experience a nightmare. Them blaming the airline and the airline blaming them.

We never heard back from these guys for days whilst we were out in Dubai regarding our return flight and ticket maiden name change.
