Worse ever customer service! If there is an option...

Worse ever customer service! If there is an option to choose which bookstore i will definitely not chose this rubbish bookstore!

According to booklist, no walk ins only online orders with option of self-collection in school or delivery ($11.80).

There was no indication on when is the last day of online order on the booklist. Only when i registered then it prompted 18 Dec 6pm last order. I had managed to place order hours before 6pm.

There was no self-collection option available so I can only go for delivery which the only date given was 24 Dec 10-6pm and i was being charged $11.80 x 2 (as i have 2 kids).

Order confirmation email received together with tracking number and courier company (yamato). Checked the tracking number on yamato web and it kept showing unregistered.

Its 24 Dec almost 10pm... I have totally no updates on where are my orders!

Calls and emails are not being answered or reply to.
