My wife and I went to the knife skills class and had a great time. Our only complaint is a small one; we wish the snacks were prepared by the Center instead of purchased by Costco. The Center should prep snacks based on upcoming classes.

Tip to the owner: If you had an ipad mounted somewhere people would be able to sign up for classes right there. It's a no-brainer... a high-intent audience who just had a good time in one of your classes is very likely to convert to repeat customers if you lower the barrier to conversion. We left with intentions to sign up for another class but you can't take intentions to the bank. We'd have signed up for another class on the spot last night. Food for thought (ha - see what I did there??)
