Everything about the staff, room, and location was great - but be mindful that because of the layout and the fact that all room doors are open to the lobby, you hear EVERYTHING above a normal talking voice from the lobby. Two people were yelling in the lobby at 2am and it woke me up on the fourth floor, and I spoke to others whom it woke up on the 10th. The staff got them to quiet relatively quickly, but it took me a while to fall back asleep.
