Thank goodness I was introduced to Alexa and Team at Artesian Title though a Broker I work with. This Broker is 100% loyal to Alexa and team and Artesian is deserving! As a Transaction Coordinator, I work with many different escrows and she is my FAVORITE!!

Alexa brings a calm, strong energy to her transactions, is very knowledgeable about many types of transfers, and, most importantly, she is NEUTRAL.

Alexa and team are accessible after hours in extreme cases. She has worked many a complicated transaction. Just this past year, she was instrumental in a 5 deep contingent transaction---all with loans. I have never seen her lose her cool and I LOVE working with her & Robert.
