My experience here was unusual, but I'm giving them 5 stars because I think they went above and beyond. I came here on Valentine's Day 2019, on a rare rainy Vegas day. Even though they equipped the car with rain tires, conditions were still too poor to drive, and they wouldn't get better throughout the day. I spoke to the guy at the front desk, Sergio, and he gave me several options, including doing training now and driving tomorrow, but it wasn't possible because I had to head out the next day. But he was polite and professional throughout. At the end, he honored a refund and even payed for an Uber to drive me back to The Strip (their shuttle was unavailable). So even though I didn't get to drive, I give them five stars to excellent customer service.
