I recently purchased a vehicle at Foreign Traffic. Rob, who I worked with on the sale, told me about the service department and asked me to think about giving them a try. I had a great experience with Rob so I thought I d do as he suggested. I brought in my 2010 FJ inspection and emissions. I was able to get my vehicle in quickly, within two days, since I didn t need a loaner. Pretty cool to get offered one!

I took my car in the night before so they could get started on it first thing. I told them that I was interested in getting 100,000 mile service, but one of them to talk to me about it before performing it. Sonny called me at 10 AM and told me that everything checked out great on the inspection and went through the maintenance items that I had asked about. He quoted the prices, they seemed very reasonable (not cheap, but reasonable). He told me they would get the work done and give me a call. 3:45 PM I got the call and picked up the car shortly after. I picked up my freshly washed car and was greeted very warmly by the staff. Great service, great people!
