So the manager of Nutri-Lawn called me today and made every effort to apologize and understand what happened.

I can't in good faith keep a one star review posted given, I'll boil it down to a break down in process/communication. The manager understood, made every effort to make things right and the lawn they did aerate was fine. So I'll upgrade to a 4 star, still not happy it happened the way it did in the first place :)

I called Nutri-lawn 5 weeks ago to ask if the did lawn aeration. They do, but upon asking for my location (rural) they said they would call me in 2 weeks to setup an appointment to do it (which they had to anyways, because the back of my property is locked down).

Well I never did hear from them, and at random yesterday they just showed up at my house, aerated the 15 sq ft patch of front lawn and didnt do the back (my house is surrounded by security cameras), which without appointment they should not have done. Then that evening they sent me a $107 bill!!!!!

I emailed immediately, for which they didnt respond so I called the next day. Oddly enough they didnt even see the problem. I asked to have the bill lowered, 15sq ft for $107 is beyond outrageous, and I was told they'd only drop it $10 in a very rude manner (note, I wasn't at any point rude!). I'm still waiting for an updated bill, I suspect I'll never see it. Darn me for trying to be fair, because given a company cant just randomly do work on your property and charge you for it, I should pay anything as many people have told me to do.

I'd caution people dealing with this company, they don't acknowledge their mistakes and make zero effort to rectify things.
