I was having issues with online system.... I alway...
I was having issues with online system.... I always pay my bills online for some reason it wasn't working, I called and spoke to a rep in order to process payment, I was upset because they charged me a fee to pay with a rep! Not only that a couple days later I get an email advising my payment was returned because I provided wrong banking information! So I call again, and the rep had placed my routing number as my account number and account number as routing, clearly not my fault! Now my online account for tep is a Cash Only payment due to a rep not processing a payment correctly. So now I have to drive 45 mins to the location to make my payments!!!
