I must say...my recent purchase from BMW San Anton...

I must say...my recent purchase from BMW San Antonio was hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Why, you might ask..? My exceptional experience was all orchestrated by BMW's best client advisor, Mr. Coach Markovich.

Listen to this....I was actually driving to another dealership, and I said to myself "let me call BMW San Antonio and see what they might have for me", and this is when I received my first CME = "Coach Markovich Experience". Coach was able to persuade me (a National Account Executive in Pharma) not to drive to another dealership (while we were on the phone). This is almost impossible, but I'll tell you how accomplished this. Coach has a PASSION for his clients that I've never experienced in my lifetime....I could just hear it in his voice. In addition, his KNOWLEDGE of his BMW products were never forced or made up...THE MAN KNOWS HIS BMW's!.

At the end of day, Coach Markovich is a subject matter expert, has the right mix of sales art and sales science to his approach, but most importantly..... HE made the ENTIRE experience FUN.
