Over the last 2 months I have called CBrown Properties many times to schedule a viewing for several different properties they had advertised online. 10 or more times I have called and .approximately 6 voice messages I have left. They have never returned one! I just recently sent an email requesting a viewing of one of their properties because the open house was at a time I couldn't make due to work(10:30 am) . I left my information and what times I was available, asking if we can schedule a time other than that to view the property. 4 days later they responded to the email and gave me two more times I could not make. I gave them my schedule. It is clear that work prevents me from meeting at an open house on a weekday morning!!!!. If it takes this much to give them money for a property, I can only imagine what would happen if I was already giving them my rent money and needed to address any issues with a property. Check the internet. I'm not the only one complaining and apparently, this behavior isn't new. Dont rent from them and don't let them manage your properties.
