Due to Covid I couldn t see a family member that was there for 2 weeks. It took the doctors 8 days to call me back after numerous attempts to call them even though it was confirmed on day 2 that there was a signed consent to speak with me. The case worker was not very friendly and actually hung up on me once because I was asking for the doctors to call so I knew what was going on. I kept getting asked questions without even knowing my family members diagnosis. I was scared for my family member and not one person was compassionate or caring. The phones get transferred and never picked up. I wouldn t send my worst enemy here. Stay away from this place.
