I have been extremely satisfied with the service at Audi Mission Viejo! I took my S3 to another Audi dealership three times and they were unable to fix my problem. That's when I took my S3 to Mission Viejo, and I'm so glad I did!! Jorge helped me from day one, and he's the best! He was very thorough and took the time to get down to the bottom of the problem...turned out the other dealership misplaced parts that was causing a big problem. Jorge and the other guys in the service center started from scratch and got down to the root of the problem. I'm so thankful for them! I'll be taking my S3 to them from now on. I wouldn't trust any other dealership. Definitely recommend!!
