First Capital Property Group, Inc. I would highly recommend to anybody looking for commercial property. Trent Scott offered to help us find a school location as a favor (since his primary focus is more on the Brokerage side). Trent diligently searched, with the assistance of Hunter Strickland, for numerous properties. Trent would literally leave the office to meet me at prospective locations (even in torrential storms) with fifteen minutes notice since my schedule is so unpredictable at times.

Needless to say, this was not an ordinary project. The place we thought we would rent, after a month of Trent's repeated negotiations, contracts, and phone calls with the go ahead, the landlord changed her mind at the last minute. Trent was so compassionate as I was visibly devastated. (he looked upset as well, which really validated my feelings). He called the landlord and asked for a meeting to discuss why she changed her mind and was able to establish new terms. Unfortunately, the new terms did not work for us. I was shocked how far he was willing to go on our behalf to advocate for us.

Trent and Hunter were back to the drawing board for several more options. The final location, which he toured without us since we were out of town. He took pics and videos of the tour detailing the break down of how we could use each room, which showed he really understood what we were looking for and was truly on our side. He contacted the city and had many phone conferences with them and advised us with each necessary process.

Even the frustrations with waiting times for responses, Trent took the time to explain how the process works in Commercial Real Estate, as my profession works on a more immediate/fast paced approach. It gave me comfort knowing that he explained every frustration from response time to dealing with other realtors. Once I understood that it was how the profession works it put realistic expectations on my end.

I'm so grateful to Trent for remaining calm for all the break downs and panic I had through this stressful time frame. I would highly recommend Trent and his team to anybody looking for space. I cannot say enough good things about them as I am truly grateful. They are a wonderful partnership.
