I wrote a much longer review on that "other" review site, but I'll keep this one brief. Donna and her team at Kendrick Property Management somehow are able to balance the needs of both tenants and owners with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and common sense. Amherst is full of predatory management companies that take advantage of absentee owners and naive college students -- Kendrick is the opposite of this. Call them first.
