I have just completed the Women Who Lift intro to weightlifting course and I loved it!

I was already familiar with weightlifting prior to starting the course, but wanted to get better form. Maida's training really helped refine my form and now I'm really getting the most out of my workouts! These classes included so much more than lifting weights - it also gave us tips on nutrition, stretching, and all around wellness for the body. Not to mention that this course is offered at an amazing price!

Great gym and I highly recommend you sign up for Maida's Women Who Lift course, even if you already have experience in lifting weights as it will help improve your form!
