I've heard really good things about this place so ...

I've heard really good things about this place so had to try it. I must have ordered the wrong thing. I got the Q-ben sandwich which came out cold and the meat seemed dry and microwaved, the cheesy potatoes were very dry and cold. That sort of thing is very confusing to me. Having worked in kitchen's most of my life I don't understand why a cook sending food out to a table wouldn't check the temp or quality of the food before sending it out. Golden rule in the kitchen "if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it." I don't plan on coming back but I will say the ribs are awesome and the sauces are great as well. As I said earlier I wouldnt recommend the Q-ben sandwich or cheesy potatoes.
