Pay attention to your reviews and the feedback you're receiving. It doesn't matter how many times you say the facility fee is a "standard fee" for certain amenities. It is clearly a poorly conceived idea, and it bothers a lot of your guests. Just raise your room prices accordingly, nobody enjoys surprise charges. As far as the hotel itself, the lobby is gorgeous. Seriously impressed with that, and there are great bars/restaurants right there. Unfortunately, the rooms and hallways don't quite match. If you're an American, the rooms are going to feel tiny. There's space for a bed, and that's about it. Bathrooms are small to the point of not having any counter space. Not as clean as you would expect either, the shower was kind of gross and the grout was dirty and brown. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Definitely worth grabbing a drink at the lobby bar though!
