Easy scheduling. Love the fact that I got a text with my service technician's name and photo AND a phone call to alert me that he was on the way. Oh, his name is Matt and working with him was easy. Matt was professional, honest (my garage door wasn't really broken), and explained everything I needed to know to avoid having the same issue in the future. He even installed a remote door opener while he was here (thought I'd have to make another appointment). Folks, take the stress out of garage door issues and call RCS. They know what they're doing.
