I liked the look of this company. They have a great blog and I was looking forward to getting a quote and possibly working with them on a mobile design project for the Iconic Chicago business that I represent. Unfortunately their follow up, organization, and initial service was a real turn off.

I had to repeatedly call them to get a response and then the initial walkthrough/quote consultation was rescheduled 3 times. Once without notice and twice within 1 day of the consultation. The last time the reason was that the individual needed to meet with their boss/co-worker outside of the office.

This is simply unacceptable customer service in my opinion. The client should always be asked if a meeting may be rescheduled. The client should also take precendence over any internal business affairs.
