The ultimate upsell! I called for a quote on repairs to my exhaust piping for my heater and Billy was able to give me a few options ranging from a quick fix to fill replacement. Mind you, there was/is absolutely nothing wrong with the heat in our house but, by the end of the presentation/conversation our home will be getting a new furnace at a premium price. The entire process was very quick and easy. It s almost like they really wanted to make it as easy as possible for me to do business with them. This convenience probably kept me from looking for other competitive bids. I have no idea if the price is fair or competitive, but I m trusting the company and Billy to be honest and fair. I will follow up with another post after the service is done as I sure there will be more to offer others who are skeptical or concerned about getting this type of work/service done.

Follow-up to previous post... The crew came out and installed an entire HVAC system in one day. Nothing like getting this done right before a major holiday, but I must say all went well. The crew was courteous and professional. It took some time to get an invoice, and even after receiving the invoice the charges and pricing seem very cookie cutter and not itemized. It was priced exactly the way it was quoted. The only other concern was the timing for the permits which felt like it was a long time, but I am not as familiar with the process and they were eventually done within 60 days. Happy with the new system and will be even happier once it is paid off.
