I come to the Hyatt 1-3 times a year to assist in professional workshops in coaching. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly, put service first and always make us feel a priority. Many of them remember me (and I, them) which contributes to their value to the Hyatt. The view is wonderful and being outside during lunch is a great opportunity. The downside is that you have no other easy options if you want to get off the property and I find it expensive (in fairness all of Boston is).
