One of the biggest mistakes I ever made was taking my daughter to Newton Wellesley Hospital. We sat for 6 hours to see 3 people. The Dr was dismissive ( saw her for all of 5 minutes). The nutritionist advised a vegan to start eating meat , and the psychologist was mean, and cruel. The absolute lack of compassion was astounding.
If you need to go to a hospital, go somewhere, anywhere else.Take the extra time and go to Boston. Iguarantee they are much more compassionate and empathetic there than at this place.
