I've on an off been a member here for about a year...

I've on an off been a member here for about a year and recently injured my shoulder. I informed them on the last day of August that was was injured so I couldn't play for a while. They charged me for the month of September, then in the end of September I contacted them again telling them to pause my membership, they said they did, then charged me for October even though my membership was cancelled in the end of August. They have for the last 2 days ignored my emails and requests for a refund. Other than this, the course is great, well kept and only occasionally crowded. The staff is usually very friendly, the food is great and the carta are reliable.
