Absolutely disgraceful service. One lost application, they have no idea what happened to it, (sent via email so proof of date sent) apparently another got ordered urgently, but still no sign of it 2 weeks later. One of 2 conclusions for this company: incompetence or serious business process issues. Either way, I would not recommend ordering your fuel card from this company. Rick Rose, MD of WEX, I wonder if you read these comments and realize there are serious issues with completing simple applications for fuel cards.
