Thanks to Faris Turkistani who has helped me with the whole lease buyout process. I am giving a 4 star rating to bmw of sterling because of a mix up with my appointment when I first came in a few weeks back to discuss my end lease options and I ended up waiting and that's when Faris stepped in and took care of me since with regular follow ups and paying attention to my personal preferences when it came to buying the lease out vs a new car. He deserves full credit. Also, thanks to Dominque & Jose Zapata & the finance advisor who took care of me in the process.
