We stayed this past weekend for a volleyball tournament. We did receive a nice rate. Hotel is nice and the room was clean. However, parking should be included and find it sneaky to add the charge after. We were told that we would have a complimentary buffet included but then when we showed up they said it was not included. I explained that we were told and they just did not care. Not accommodating whatsoever. I received a charge for the room right away and after we left, they charged me another $50 without my knowledge and trying to get that back. Don't think I will either. Horrible customer service
