I can only speak well of Marie Hansen Properties (MHP). Doing business with Rhonda Hutchinson for almost 3 years as of now, I can report that repair orders have been addressed fast and in a reliable and reasonable fashion. Where previous management companies stall and promise but never act, MHP seems to be a beacon of light. Rhonda H. advocates between tenants and owners trying to negotiate fair market prices for their rentals and she is doing a great job being always available, keeping me updated and simply just doing her job. This is a role-model Property Management company, 5 stars.
