I bought an outfit that apparently shed too much glitter so returned it on 9/2. I was told refund would be ready in 4-5 days. I called on 9/7 they said they had been too busy. Called today 9/10 they say the cashier left early that call back tomorrow? What preposterous excuses are these for a customer refund? Nobody is asking for the receipt no nothing. Highly disappointed.
